The State Government have today released a Liquor Licensing Discussion Paper. The purpose of the Discussion Paper is to initiate a review of the current liquor licensing framework to ensure it is relevant in today's society. That is it promotes not only vibrancy by recognising business and consumer needs, but also a safer drinking culture. The review also aims to reduce red tape in regards to the regulation of liquor licensing. The AHA|SA will be providing a submission to this review.
